This past weekend I had the privilege to attend my dear friend Katie Williamson's wedding in Houston. I met Katie the summer of 2005, when we both were interning with the youth group at our local church in Houston, Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. I was interning with the highschool and Katie with Children's... she's moved up in the world since then and is now the highschool youth director at MDPC! I only came in for 48 hours, but I'm so glad I could be there and be a part of her and Kenner's big day. Katie is one of the goofiest, most fun people I know; I leaned over to my other good friend, Kaitlyn, during the rehearsal dinner (when the slideshow kept freezing and there were moments of silence and Katie yelled out something funny about what was happening) and I said, "She's always on, isn't she?" Never a dull moment with Katie around. Here are some photos from the weekend. (You would never be able to tell that she is goofy. She looks stunning as a bride.)
